Go to http://www.jvc.com and send their customer support an email to see if they have those in stock.

It might be tough because some people try doing that when they steal decks. The person takes their faceplate with them, someone steals the rest of the deck, and then tries to order a faceplate. Make sure you have your receipt/warranty cards/anything to show that it's yours.
