JVC Arsenal CD/MP3 Player (JVC KD-AR470)

I'm lookin' to buy a JVC Arsenal CD/MP3 Player (JVC KD-AR470), and I'm wondering what would be the PROS and CONS of this paticular headunit? I'm not going too extreme with this system, because it's just my daily driver. I will be installing it in a 1985 Toyota Pickup Ext. Cab.
