God da*n werd, you have smoked yourself retarded. He was not on trial for murder, and whether the incident was pre-meditated or not had nothing to do with it. I don't think he was up for weeks plotting and scheming over how he was going to kill his limo driver. Read the link I posted, "To prove aggravated manslaughter, prosecutors had to show that Williams demonstrated an "extreme indifference" to the value of human life." How does getting drunk as fu*k and waving a loaded shotgun around in front of people sound for extreme indifference to the value of a human life? What about shooting someone in the chest and then thinking of a way to save your own *** and make it look a *******, instead of calling 911 to get the man some help and attempt to save his life? What about lying about any and everything constantly until you realize you could go to trial? Was this always an awfully tragic accident that was eating at the pit of his soul, or did that only happen when he got indicted?
