Just went to OSU

I have a few friends going there and they like it, but most of them are pre-med. I have heard that their honors engineering program is fairly accelerated, you do cool stuff early on, but it is also difficult. That being said, I have no experience there.
thanks for that answer, that was one of the concerns about the honors engineering I was thinking about, from the way they were saying it, it sound like a very fast paced program

Can't even read, imagine that.
Told you I went a semester and I chose not to finish.

I am thinking about going back. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

Also it wasn't a 4.4............again!
4.3?

OSU is a good school socially. Academically it is reputable, but it can be extremely difficult if you are not a go-getter. Classes are huge and impersonal. Professors generally don't give a fu k about teaching so they do a half-a ss job to get back to their research. There are many distractions that'll pull you away from studying if you aren't focused. they still operate on the quarter system instead of semesters so credits don't transfer easily. Most of the TAs don't speak english and aren't worth crap in helping you understand the many internet homework assignments you receive.

Just being honest with the ugly side of OSU. I liked going for the time I went, but it wasn't the kind of school I like. My undergrad school was small (less than 4000 in all of undergrad) and that worked for me. YOu may like big impersonal environment. Plus buckeye games are unreal, especially on good years
