There are some really small resistors inline to the fets. If they pop you wont even know untill you look at everyone of them really close

1/2 gain could be too high...it is on my amp

well half gain is about 1/4 to much gain on my system. and dd's will shut off if they get hot, or broke. not much else

It hasnt even gotten warm

This might sound crazy, but check your remote turn on wire. I have had two amps that lit up the Protect light because either the remote wire wasn't hooked up or it just wasn't receiving a signal. Grab some wire and bridge your + wire on your amp to your remote wire. Its a long shot, but worth checking out

Ill try that I suppose... I took it out and plugged it back in with no results though

check all ur connection and hook another amp in its place. if you shorted a coil it will kick into protection...

Ill see if I can borrow a buddies amp tomorrow since I dont have any with me... Checking the warranty tomorrow and crossing my fingers
