The pencil trick was crazy no one in the theater was expecting it, people went nuts.

They also ended it very well with batman taking the fall for dent.

They'll have to replace him, but it just won't be the same. Well let me rephrase that, it won't be easy to duplicate that performance. I thought he was awesome and put a very interesting twist on the character.

I may just have to go see it again.

It will never be the same I really can't see anyone else doing the Joker as good as Ledger did, except like someone else said in this thread that they could see Jonny Depp doing it, just because he has that swagger about him, but for anyone it will be crazy difficult! And I will probably see it again sometime this weekend too.

yea just saw it tonight and it was an awesome movie.just pissed me off batman never killed ne one but o well.

the joker was kool though and i took a lot of interest in him.

That is the whole purpose. Batman doesn't kill people in the comics, he just aprehends them for the cops to get later. A lot of fans would be upset if batman went around shooting people.
Also, I think the Joker might be the best villan of all time. He is just so multi-dimensional with his twisted jokes, ingenious plans, charm, terror, and sheer craziness! Awesome movie!!!

SPOILER ALERT!

So some people think 2 face is coming back as the villan in a 3rd movie, others think it will be someone else! Thoughts!?!?!?!

It would be interesting to see Johnny Depp try his hand as the Joker because from what I hear he gets pretty intense when getting into character as well.
