Just picked up a Eclipse AV8022 an I need help

Just got it from cd6551 today and need some help. The wiring harness has a green and green/black wire for a center amp + and -, the car it is going into already has 2 amps and the tuner has rca outputs. So what is the center amp wires for?

Also came with a small 4 channel amp, thats not needed unless I didn't have amps already right.

Center ouputs are for a center channel amp. The other small amp is high level output, for use when you dont have external amps.
