Just ordered speakers/midbass.... need a amp and some advice

I'm getting these for the rears and these for the fronts of my access (extended) cab tundra. What do you think a good 4 channel amp would be? It needs to be relatively small to fit under the seat. Ive been looking at the pdx-4.100 and pdx-4.150. Do you think the extra 50 watts a channel would be worth the extra 100 dollars? Any suggestions for any other amps? Also, you think these speakers/midbass are a good combination? Also what should i set the hpf for the speakers/midbass. Also my sub is a 12" tc9 getting 850rms in a 2.2 cube ported box tuned to 31hz... what should i set the lpf for on this?

Thanks a lot
