Ok So i get my directed audio 1500D back from ikesound after being messed up. I get it i dont have the sub hooked up i am just tuning it. I am playing a 50hz not witht he volume on 30/35. Everything on the HU is off. Bass loud amp freq everything. I have subsonic on amp on everything else off. I have it on slave not master and i have the freq on 60-70 the gain off i hook it up and play the tone with my car running it sais 75ACV way to much i turn the FREQ AND GAIN all the way off still sais 75ACV WTF?????

Well, turn it on "master" first off.

The slave function is when you are strapping amps together.

Tried both master makes only sound come out i beleive no bass.

Edit* Well master is where it should be, The amps still sounds messed up IKESOUND FTW

It HAS to be set on master. You don't have two amps strapped together.

If it even more messed up on master, then you got another f*cked up amp.

Thats why i don't risk buying that refurb crap. Some people have good luck with them, others don't. I'd rather pay extra and have the peace of mind that the amp is good/there's a good warranty.

Ok i guess i will go try it again my DMM could be ****ed up when i shut it off it still shoed voltage but i dont think it is!

Ok i switched the RCAS to just input now input output but it on master and have the freq on 65 ish the gain is a little less than half. Volumer 30/40 50hz note i set it to 42.2. NOW is SLAVE OR MASTER BASS WHICH ONE i know one is just music the other is just bass. WHen i tuned it to 42 and switched it to slave it went to 0 so i am hoping master is bass.

I've told you twice already.

The master/slave switch is if you are strapping two amps together

Only put the RCA's on the "input" and set the switch to "master"

Ok well i have it tuned to 42.2ACV with Volume on 30/35 what if i turn the volume up on 32 would that be ok?

it SHOULD be okay yes. i can my eclipse at 67 and go to 70 safely....but thats an eclipse deck. why would u ever use a single amp on slave lmao.

Well its been a while since i have messed with the 1500 i just got it back. Anyways think the every 30 to 35 will burn something up if i run it on anything higher than 30 all the time?

30-35 since i tuned it at 30 if i turn it up that extra 5 and leave it there will it hurt or burn anything up if i daily run it at that volume?
