Figured this will help along with some screws and wood glue. This will at least help tack it while the wood glue dries. Its a Porter Cable BN 200a Brad Nailer. I also have a Porter Cable Router on the way and then im all set, already have the table saw to make those perfect cuts.

You can probably get clamps from a flea-market that are just as good, probably just stolen //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif

hmm. i havent been to the swap meet in like years haha.

good idea, i should check around.

predrilling gets old considering your basically doing the work twice

no real need to use a brad nailer and screws. for the price of the nailer, drill, screws and nails, you could have picked up a few cheap clamps. harbor freight has decent priced clamps.

a brad nailer isn't a bad thing though, i don't think they are needed though.

I bought all my clamps at Home Depot and they did get a bit pricey. I figured I'll **** up the one time cost for the clamps just to have all the ones I need. No nails here just clamps and Titebond.

http://WWW.Harborfreight.com has some cheap right angle clamps and some cheap long ones too.

edit: here's the clamps- http://search.harborfreight.com/cpisearch/web/search.do?catPath=All%2BProducts%252F%252F%252F%252FUserSearch%253Dclamps&currentPage=2&lastPage=8&isNext=false&isPrevious=true&category=&attributeValue=&attributeName=&requestedPage=2

yea i was looking at harborfreight.

anyone know if the $10 ones are good quality though? i have had almost 0 luck with HF tools. even the irwin ones are in the $20+ range.

i wanted to **** up the 1 time cost, like you said, however i figure with the little amount of boxes i build i would rather just use 1 box of screws that i can build like 2 boxes minimum with.
