i got rear ended twice in 1 month at college. first one went through insurance, and i got a slip from the local shop for an estimate (at $50 an hour) to fix the carpet on my speaker box because im a dumbass and didnt have it mounted solid and the carpet got ****ed up when the box slid (reimbursed through a check in the mail).

second one the ***** gave me $600 cash because she didnt have insurance. yea i still havnt fixed that bumper, the 3" crack really doesnt bother me that much.

IT happened to me four times in one year on my Dakota Crew Cab. Nothing stupid on my part, no stopping short or anything. I had already been at a dead stop for a minute every time. There's now a hitch on back that always has either a 3 foot chrome step bar or a 3 inch ball mount on it and it hasn't happened since. I guess people pay more attention when they see something that will really screw their car up bad mounted on the rear of the truck. Ive heard stories of guys with ball mounts getting rear ended and puncturing peoples' radiators. I almost wish it someone would hit me now just to see what damage I could do.

I got rearended when I had my truck and the exhaust tip punched a hole in the car's condensor,. Never did get it fixed tho, just wasn't worth it to me

ya i witnessed a focus read ending a truck and the focus did not make it passed the trucks trailer hitch. lol the hitch went thought the guys bumper and punched a hole in the radiator.

ya..truck hitched are great when you get rear ended by a car. This dumb lady in a saturn nailed the back of my blazer at a stoplight and her car was all ****ed up and mine barely had a scratch.
