30 minutes+ of bumping will for sure get hot on cheaper amps but it will still holdup fine.

i dont listen to decaf anyway.... and on a hot day im not retarded.. for daily i dont just ride around full tilt day in day out. i usually dont go over 1/2 power just riding around. i may turn it up for a video or sumtn but that wud only last about a 2 mins... but i only go full tilt at comps and thats about 2.5mins tops...

When you go on a road trip you will listen to it more than 30 minutes unless you love to run your mouth on a cell phone all day. What music do you listen to that requires an 18 Hdc3? I don't listen to mine for that long either. I still push my amps hard enough that would make a lower quality amp shut down.

Well for one he only has partially stock electrical aside from the batteries which we have no idea what they are... I don't think any of us could run 2k+ all day with that type of electrical and not blow anything... hell I have a DC 1.2K and if I run it for more than 30 minutes on my electrical it gets a little warm on hot days, you guys are just being to harsh and opinionated. Sure BB2400's **** I know a guy who traded his in for a Rubicon 2500 and those blow too.

If the guy already bought it let him use it then report back and if it ***** we can say I told ya so like we all like to do huh? D:

well usually on a road trip im taking the focus(wifeys car. it has a kicker l7 & kicker zx1000.1) not my blazer. gas is to high... and on my way to comps i dont turn on my bass to reserve batt power. i listen to majorly rap.

but im not rough on amps. ive only blew 2 since ive had a system. one blew because of wirig problem. the other i guess just gave up because it was old.

All I know is I owned an AP1500.1D and that bish didn't do rated and it got too hot to touch, those things are fire hazards.

the big bang may be cheap as well(not that cheap) but ive seen these in action my friend has one. tho he blew running it at .25ohm??? haha im not going below 1 ohm... but before he ran it at 1 and it was nice. he did a 150.9db average on music(no burp) for 30 secs @ headrest, at the org that we compete here in ky.
