JL JX360/2 - Good choice to power component speakers?

I'm thinking of getting this amp to power a pair of components (getting Massive Audio or CDT)

This amp gives 110w RMS x 2 @ 4ohms

Is this a good choice or is there better around $140?

It's Bostons flagship line, 1 ohm stable stereo, 2 ohms stable bridged (can't find another amp in the price range that does this) internal fan....I mean it's crazy how low the prices are on these amps.

The older GTs were built by an Italian company that also designed some of the greatest SQ amps u can find and I'm sure these newer GTs took a chapter or two from them.

The dimensions of the GT2125 seem quite large. Probably too big to fit under a seat in my 300zx I would assume? And my whole "trunk" is exposed... Not sure if this will be a problem.
