Just got DirecTV with teh Ultra package

The best HD pictures come over the air anyhow. When something I want to watch is on a major network I switch to air. I'm hoping that after Feb. the options will be greater.

Another thing that keeps me from getting Satellite is my next door neighbor has it and his goes out constantly.
I will say if I had an over the air HD antenna, I may get free TV. Humm, I should try it, lol!

Honestly though, I have the package deal, High speed internet, Cable and cable phone for right around 110 a month now. Was a lot higher with all the movie channels I recently got rid of. Still have HBO and all the HD tier channels. Not to bad.
We get a lot of major storms here. In the 5 years I had cable, I lost it about a dozen times. I've haven't had my DT go out once in 2 years.

btw - I paid $30 for my antenna @ Radio Shack.

We are getting 1080i signal from our direct tv.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif
Weird, it may depend on the channel. All of my games are 720p.

progressive>interlace. 720p is better than 1080i.
