Just got a pretty good deal on a brand new Boston amp, I think?

Just picked a brand new in the box Boston GTA-800M for $100!

I've had some Boston subs and some coax speakers before, but never an amp. I'm hoping they put the same quality parts and craftsmanship into their amps as they do most of their other products.

Any thoughts on this line of amps?

You got a hell of a deal as far as amazon says lol but I know a local guy running 8 of those on 4 boston 15's. Puts up pretty good numbers. And does rated power if not a little more if I remember right.

Boston amps are very nice and are quite tough. They're also sleeper SQ amps that put a lot of high dollar amps to shame...nice find...much better than that Rockford BD thing.

I'm running the 2011 model GTA-1000m. It's pretty much the same thing, but less underrated. It will do its rated 1000 watts though, just not more. I really like mine.

There is a guy selling some g3's local. If I had the cash I would pick them up. Had a G5 a while back and loved it.

Boston's gear isnt expensive though...well the amps arent.

OP, you got a good deal! I would have bought that in a minute! If I hadnt run into my kicker 750.1 for so cheap that is what i was headed for .
