Just got a new car

I just got my 1999 Buick Regal LS today and I am pretty excited. One question though. I was looking through my car and I went to the trunk. I looked up and there was an amp up there. It is made by a company called Delco but I can't figure out how many watts it runs at. Does any have a clue what I'm talking about?

that's the factory amp from GM. it doesn't push much wattage at all.
