lol I was 24 back then and 46 now and have had 117 surgeries with 50 or so between both knees. So yeah that lifted up trucks and suv's is not happening anytime again.
That crazy, yo! Seriously, did you fall out of a plane? I met a guy whose parachute didn’t deploy, but lived to tell about it.

Yeah I'm 51 with a bad back. And there are some days its hard getting into the Tacoma. I have been thinking about taking off the rock sliders and adding something like this

That definitely would help. I have a narrow ledge on my rock sliders that gives me enough foot space to step on thankfully or I’d be looking at doing something like this as well.

Thats the way mine are. They look like running boards but are even with the cab. On my good days, its no problem. But on my bad days, it $ucks

No extremely rare genetic syndrome. I am only the 13th or 14th person known in the US to have it and there is only one doctor who studies it and he is German. He was at Mayo Clinic but now at Vanderbilt and not taking appointments of any kind so I am SOL. One of the rarest syndromes on the Earth and this guy has studied it all over the world. He said I am the worst case of it he has ever seen. I have double left arm surgery in April then May is right knee again and June is Left knee again. I have to go in every 2 years sometimes less to clean up the knee and the damage that is in there. I have passed over 500 kidney stones as well which is a by-product of the syndrome. Basically they told me at 30 I have the bones and what not of a 80 year old. I could go on and on about my issues but it would take an hour to type it up even at 80wpm.

This was going to be a temporary cheap cash car but then car pricing got crazy and I'm not buying something new until they get closer to normal again. Hoping it will happen this year cause 12 years of daily driving manual transmissions is getting old. I can't help but dump money into it though cause stock is boring...

Nice! Cool pic too! What kind of wheels are those?

If you can’t help but dump money into your vehicle, then do NOT get a Wrangler. There is a crazy amount of aftermarket for Wrangler stuff. 🤣

117 surgeries? Holy ****.

I'm driving a 1999 Toyota Avalon. It's in great shape for its age. I have 2 12" XFLs in the trunk.
That is one of the best cars made man. Those cars will go over 500k without any major repairs and without a sweat!!! Dammned good car!!

I bought a prefab under seat box, then made sum 1” spacers to lift my rear seat and modified the box so it’d be the proper interior volume. Had to raise it off the floor a lil too because of the speaker excursion. I like the TW’s. NOTHING like the 2 Rockford T-1D12 ‘s that I had in my last ride but nice for what they are.
