Just bought me a condo

2 condo's actually. It's really a duplex, but they are calling them condo's around here. Each side is 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining room, living room, utility room, 2 full-car garage. Paid $200,000 for both units, the other side is leased out already. My payment is $1034/month and the one side rents for $875 so i only have to cough out $159/month for my mortgage. Gonna live here for 3-4 years and then we are gonna build. Might buy a few more of these, seeings the entire street is full of these. Place is absolutely trashed since we just started moving 2 days ago, but you get the idea.

Depends where you go in Ohio....i live in one of the cheapest housing markets in the entire nation. Works out good for me tho....gonna get up in this real estate game.

lol i wish i could own a whole block of em...before i buy another unit, i have to make sure i got enough cash flow to cover all payments in the event that something weird happens...like no one rents them for like a 6 month period. Shouldn't take me but 6-7 months tho to save up $10-12 grand.
