No.. I wasn't banned.. I just didn't chat here for awhile. In truth, I haven't even had my system on for about 4 months because the battery was so low that it was blowing my speakers.

buying a house is one of the best investments you can make...provided it's a solid house...430 a month...I don't think you could get a shed for that much in the northeast...looks good though

Websensed for me, but I wish I never sold my house. Shit was just too small. Right now I am in a huge *** apartment/condo. Is like 1400 sqft, but I am getting tired of they lifestyle quick. I think the end of this year we are gonna be looking for a nice sized house.

I usually pay about $60 extra a month, so about $720 extra a year directly to principal. Also, I'm going to be getting a rather hefty raise here, so there's a fair chance I might just add an extra $100 on top of that, so $160 a month extra to principal.
