just bought a house...

It's actually pretty good money in a place where cost of living is low... and they're going to do a "payroll correction" with my department, which means that they give a huge raise... at least i think...

I'll find out tomorrow morning...

Nice, I see lots of potential for updating. I'm not digging the basement or laundry facilities. But other than that, really nice place. What do comparable houses go for in that neighborhood? The only thing I don't like other than the basement (in its current state) is that one bathroom, looks very small.

What year was it built?

heh...
I'm living there for now.. but if some of you remember from before, my gf is prego... so we might be moving in together... lots of unfinished business there. In buying a house, I made sure that I could accomodate should that be the case.

It's a house in WONDERFUL condition in a great neighborhood.... people outside taking care of their lawn/house... playing w/kids... leaving their car doors open while taking groceries in and talking for 15 min...

really nice place //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

it was listed at 94, I offered 89, and they countered at 91 and I took it.

for comparisons, I live in decatur, IL (take a look at some of those online cost of living places)
that is cheap. here in arkansas they are going for 100 dollars a square foot. my 2000 square foot house i built cost me over 220,000.

Throw some d's on that *****.
repost x2
