the unfinished part is the old coal room. nothing wrong w/it at all. I'll probably finish it up as a project sometime... maybe make it into a drum room or something.

Congratulations! Nice Investment! Is that seperate dual car garage and a attached shop on both sides of the house, on YOUR property?! Not sure what I'm seeing there...hmmmm. NICE --lots of room for goodies, etc.

lol yeah renee... lots of interior renovation.. but that's the easy stuff. Everything is structurally sound, wired well, plumbing is all copper.. it's great.

The garage is detached, but about 5 steps from the back door. I have 2 driveways to it... which is what might be confusing you. Where my car is is the main drive, but when you look at the front view, there's a driveway to the garage (walk in) door. That corner of the house also has the back door... so it's pretty much the perfect distance for an unnattached garage.

The previous owner really like the Green with the carpet and exterior. Not my favorite mix of brick and that pigment of green, but still a real nice house, grats! Cant wait to get the hell outta this house and get my own place. good stuff. hardwood under the carpet? hardwood with warm color walls looks pimp as shit. that's what i did in my last house. once you get rid of all the white walls it will be like a whole new place.

- I put the nissan pic up there because my friend didn't believe me when I told him his nissan wasn't worth near what he thought it was.

- My comp is wired just fine thanks . I put sheathing on all the exposed wiring.

- I haven't played wow in about a year and a half for the most part.

Welcome to home ownership. Most of the time it's cool but sometimes it really sucks. 30 days after we bought our current house the water main let go and it ended up costing me $3K out of my pocket (those home warranties have alot of coverage limitations). I spent this past weekend tearing out a slider and putting in French Doors. My summer vacation was spent putting in a paver patio, fence and pergola....well, you get the idea. Regardless, it beats the hell out of throwing your money away on rent and it's really nice being able to do whatever the hell you want.
