Most of the time it's cool but sometimes it really sucks.  30 days after we bought our current house the water main let go and it ended up costing me $3K out of my pocket (those home warranties have alot of coverage limitations).  I spent this past weekend tearing out a slider and putting in French Doors.  My summer vacation was spent putting in a paver patio, fence and pergola....well, you get the idea.  Regardless, it beats the hell out of throwing your money away on rent and it's really nice being able to do whatever the hell you want.</p></blockquote><p></p>
