you will be free of all unsecured debt....yes. read my post a few pages back. I think you simply don't understand the different types of bankruptcy and the laws that go with them.

I buy what I like and enjoy at least I don't have the constant worry in the back of my mind if my engine might explode for no reason.....

and the guns serve their purpose quite well...I have more...I have many more shotguns and rifles...also...

What other debt? It's a little more expensive to file now, about $1500-2000 for a good attorney.

Things you will not be free of..... car note, mortgage, student loans, child support/alimony.

However, if your in a true bind and have a ton of CC debt and hospital bills, which can easily exceed 50k, it's worth it. As long as you use it to your advantage and not screw everything up again.
