Well it is St. Patricks day so all of those **** Irish peoples bad luck has to go somewhere. Apparently to us Germans...? This is about how the last 2-3 months of my life has been though.

The cadillac was towed and the tow truck company damaged the rear bumper. They denied it of course so I sued them, they didn't show up at court or file any type of response so I won and was awarded my damages (like $700). gave them a few weeks and didn't hear anything or get a check so I took the papers down there and he was like "OK, my insurance company will cut you a check tomorrow". The next day I get a letter saying the appealed the case and now I have to go to court again...

Then the transmission goes out of the 2000 Town and Country we JUST got like three weeks ago. well 3rd and 4th gears are gone, still have 1st and 2nd

then I take my 4.6L DOHC and all the parts I just spent about $2500 on to the machine shop to have it balanced/blueprinted, honed, and to have the short block assembled and I find out the assholes at D.S.S. ****ed up my order and instead of 8.5:1 compression I got like 7.9:1 they refuse to take them back or give me a refund or do ANYTHING at all... So I had to drop an extra $300~ to have the heads machined and the block decked in order to get my compression up higher.

Then I park the cadillac out front and some ******* decides to hit it and not bother telling anyone.

Then just yesterday I find all four tires on my SuperCoupe are flat and have been sliced...

Then tonight... well, you can all see that...

ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT, I spent two days in the hospital for some stupid flu virus on steroids thing and find out I might have testicular cancer so I have to go get that all checked out.... There is more but I will stop....

werd! white tail population here is out of control!

Side note: If the car is totaled I think I found my replacement which is a 2003 Jaguar X-type. Took a look at the damage today, from what I seen just taking a quick glance

front bumper

rear bumper

both fenders

hood/grille

passenger door

passenger lights

radiator

radiator supports (upper and lower are both trashed)

both air bags deployed so airbags, steering wheel and dash

Windshield

also looks like engine cradle is busted

the structural metal behind the passenger fender is smashed and bent...

plus whatever got damaged under neath the car and then the drivers rear quarter damage from that hit and run

and the insurance company will also have to replace all of the bricks I destroyed but I don't think that effects the car at all...

KBB suggested retail value for it is $6,990 and I think damage to total a car is like 70% of the cars value or something like that? I know the rear view mirror was almost $600 so I can't imagine the price of some of these parts.

I won't do that... the car didn't have salvage parts on it when I purchased it and it won't have any salvage parts on it if it stays mine.

too scared to in all honesty. A lot of my relatives are alcoholics and I am not wanting to end up in that boat! hell I remember the first time I smoked weed, then that is all I did for the next 2 years of my life LOL... moderation and self control are not things I am very good with.
