anyone tried the amp kits there recently? does it even compare to knu, stinger, streetwires, etc? i like the arrangment of the voodoo kit they have there and was wondering if it was worth my time. (or another one there, its really cheap)

not a chance those things can hold up to 3000 watts. 4awg is rated at a max of 150A. 3000watts / 12volts = 250A. which will effectivly light that piece of wire on fire!

Isnt Judys deals on that list of bad websites to order from. My friends stepbrother has ordered from them before I think not sure though.

4 gauge wire is 4gauge wire, that looks like a fine kit.

Just paint a different brandname on it it it makes you feel better, but it won't sound any worse or better that any other 4 gauge wire.

BTW- Dealer cost on 4gauge amp kits is around 25 bucks so try to find some around that price to be sure your not paying too much.

Kit # 2 looks pretty complete but those RCA cables look useless due to their large connectors on the end, you can run into depth/clearance problems with those oversized blinged out peices of crap. Just goto radioshack and buy the cheapest RCA cables they sell ( the ones with the stubby red and white ends) Their cheap like a 50year old hooker and have absolutly no difference in sound quiality.

I have a variation of the second kit i purchased from cmttrading, and although it is a great bargain for the money and even had twisted/sheilded rcas, i noticed their 4 gauge wire is in between the size of knuconcepts/monster cable's 4gauge and 8 gauge. Still does the job but i would go with knuconcepts for about the same price as it seems like they gauge their wire somewhat optimisticly
