update:
She emailed an online assessment test (personality test), so I took it last night and called her today to check up on it, she said she did get it, and would be setting up an in-store interview with the store manager.
Job description is: $9.33 starting out + commission (I make 8/hr w/no commission after 3 years with my current job (started at $6/hr), full benefits (vision/dental/medical) from day 1, people in this position make around 40k a year (im 21 in a rural town, this is almost unheard of (for my age) in this area. I really hope I get this job!
