Yes. Chances are you will be talking into a speaker-phone, so make sure you leave enough pause before answering a question in case others in the room may have something else to add.

Remember - you want to join their company to challenge and advance yourself, not for the cash. They may ask you the usual scripted questions like 'what are your strengths and weaknesses'. Be prepared for that.

And lastly, if you are speaking to a woman, make sure to ask her if you can see her breasts later. Guaranteed win!

make sure your in a QUIET place for the call. No dogs, no kids, no friends at all in the back ground. I do these from time to time when I'm hiring people in my far southern areas and I hate it when people did not take 2 second to arrange a quiet place for me to talk with them. Also make sure your not chewing gum or eating, also a big problem. Be sure to speak clearly and think about what your about to say. don’t say "umm umm" alot it just makes you seem dumb and stalling for time. Make sure they understand how excited you are to have this possible opportunity to work with them. It is a good idea to look up the company web site and learn a bit about them so you can show you have done your research. I employ over 120 people and I love it when i feel like the person i'm speaking to really WANTS the job. It is shocking to me how many people I speak with that seem to care less and act as if they are out with friends instead of in an interview. If they ask you for things like an email address be sure it is an appropriate one. Something like Ilovepot@gmail would not be a good idea lol. (yes i get stuff like that). Same goes for your phone. If you have those on hold ring tones that people hear when they call instead of a ring you need to make sure it is the type of song you would want a potential employer to here. music says a lot about a person and can cause a bad first impression. gl my friend

Don't say ANYTHING for the first 10 minutes. Just deep breaths into the phone.
If they're still on the other end after 10 minutes of that, you're golden.

hahahhahaha that is some funny chit right there. PS: i dont advise this at all but **** thats funny

Ok, sorry for the delay. I had the interview from 12-12:30 then had to work til 9.

I think the interview went pretty well, I had enthusiasm in my voice when she asked if I was interested in the job, if I was ready for the interview, etc etc. She asked about my past work experiences, my job duties, then asked me scenario questions, and I had to give her examples of those scenarios that had happened at my job. (that part sucked)

She emailed me a personality test that im about to take and after that, if they're interested they'll set up an in-store interview.
