I'm installing it myself...that's the only way to go! Get a shop to install and u get ripped off! also, you learn more by installing urself...this is my 2nd system and I've done 3 for friends. nothing fancy, just built my own box...amp is already installed. peace

i got 2 12" jl w0s's and they are running off a 600W kenwood amp. I like them, im thinkin about running in a 3rd 12

Not a single thing wrong with the W0 line.

They are great performers for the cash and for thier design.

These are some subs that I have definately abused quite frequently over time, and I have not had any problems. SQ was always right on top if things and very accurate, SPL was equally "right in your face" impressive.

Those who seem to think the W0's are horrible subs, IMO, had to have an installation issue causing thier woofers to perform poorly. Either that or the possibility of a manufacturer defect within a small handfull of the subs produced. (This happens to any manufacturer and in any product line; car audio or else...)

That being said, I see no way possible for the W0's to be of any lesser quality than any of thier counterparts.

I'd say that you will have a good ammount of luck with the W0's, and will likely be impressed.

Go for it. You will not have any regrets.

I think the reasoning for this is because the only people that buy jl w0s are noobs for their first system before they even come talk to us.
