JLaudio or Kicker?

i have two KickerZX300.1 amps and plan on running one 10" sub to each amp...i am having trouble on deciding which subs to choose though.

but here are the two i am looking at right now, feel free to add any suggestions though.

Anyway dont do any, JL or Kicker, mainstream will rob your money man. RE, SSA, Fi, AQ, Ascendent Audio, and Sundown. Brands like that will give your more bang for your buck.

doesn't that solely depend on how much you paid for something? What if he gets his stuff off ebay, a private seller from here, or a buy one get one free promotion?

Anyway, to answer the question, I've never used Kicker subs, so I can't vouch for them, but I've had numerous JL subs, as well as my cousins, uncles, and lady friends......and they are/were all satisfied.

Just so you know, that JL sub you posted is a 4ohm SVC, which says it can handle 300w rms. However, those kicker amps you have do 150 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms (300 watts x 1 at 2 ohms), so your sub would only be getting 150w RMS anyway, not 300, because the ohm load is 4. Someone correct me if that's wrong. So make sure the sub you get is 2ohm if you get a SVC, if there is a DVC, then make sure its dual 4 ohm.

Running two amps just to get 600w to ur subs seems to lack efficiency to me. Seems like you would be better off getting one amp that gives the power you need, unless you're doing thousand watt amps (like two 1000/1's or something).
