my friend bought the amp a long time ago thinking it was broken then he decided he didnt want to fix it. so i gave him 20 for it. i opened it up because it was rattling and it was just a cover to a diode i believe so i put hot glue over that hooked amp and worked perfectly.

i cant say it does rated due to never clamping it(i would say close though) but it does give my sub a much better workout than my us xt2000d did(not saying much there though) also sounds louder than my 1000/1 did not sure if it would meter higher though.(I'm not a tl)

edit: the guy i bought 1000/1 from did kinda look like a crackhead though. he was missing some teeth

also so that we stay on topic, i probably wouldnt buy the amp. i dont see enough money being made to make it worth while, however somebody new to the game would see jl and say zomg and be all over it so i guess i'm nuetral on the purchase
