i just found a 1000.1 at a pawn shop for 299 i was wondering if that was a decent price for the amp it has no scratches and works. iv never looked into jl much so not sure on prices

I'd pick it up for that price. You can always sell it if you don't have any use for it.

i think the cheapest ive sold either of my 1000.1's for is 350..you could def get at least 300 for it on ebay, knock em down to 250..

Make sure it works and that the serial number sticker has the JL logo on it somewhere. Try to knock it down to $250. Usually when you cash it out, they'll drop the price a bit. Then sell it on ebay for $400+//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif. It's JL, newbs are going to be all over it!
