it does now.i dont believe the ssi comes in an 8"
the ssi is really bottom heavy. it lacks on the upper bass but goes way low as long as you have tons of power to throw at it. 1000+ watts on the 10". i was happier with my tsx than i was with my ssi. the ssi imo sounds every bit as good as the w7, as long as you have the setup and power behind it.the guy at Treo told me they are similarbut i have never heard a treo. i was curious about them also.
treo is a good quality product, the top of the line JL (w7) stands no chance up against the top of the line daily driver from treo (ssx).treo and JL are both good names..i know treo is cheaper..i dunno...depends on ur tastes..treo looks nicer with logo and stuff..SSI is there middle line..as w7 is top of the line for JL...Treo can handle more..but then again i heard of a boy that plugged in a 13.5w7 to a light socket and it didnt blow..thats 3000w fromthat light socket...i dunno..peronally i would go with JL..but then again i wanted to buy some treo as well
refer back to your other tread..Don't mean to threadjack...But ****, I always thought Treo was strictly SPL...Do their higher end subs also have good sq? I've heard they get very loud. I'm looking into 2 LA storm x1.15.v2 (old school storms), but now that I found Treo has some sq, this might be an option....since i am looking for mainly a low end monster
yes, from the tsi to the ssx they all sounds good. the only difference in sound i noticed was the tsx and ssi. those are the only two that have their own sound.Don't mean to threadjack...But ****, I always thought Treo was strictly SPL...Do their higher end subs also have good sq?
