Custom Sounds was selling 12w3's for 99 bucks each a few weeks ago. Last week they were buy 1 get 1 free. Not exactly sky-high in my opinion.

must have been the v2's. they were sellin them cheap down here during christmas gettin rid of some old stock.

this question was supposed to be a quick and painless question...i ask a simple question....u guys answer...(if you wanna)....period......but ingnorant people who can't keep their negative comments to themselves just keep on comming......im sure at least 90% of the people on this forums.. are adults........WHY CAN'T WE ACT LIKE IT???....im pretty sure if we were all in a face to face situation...most of this bullshi* wouldn't be going down..........

The W3v3 line was Engineered after the W6 and W7 lines. A lot of the patented technology from the W6 & W7 lines was applied to the W3v3 such as the elevated frame cooling, VRC, new surround attach method etc etc etc. So basically the v3 products are more technologically advanced and are more efficient in overall terms.
I personally have one 15W3v2 and i Love it. I can push it to the point where you'd expect to hear the kiss of death and nothing. It outputs huge amounts of clean undistorted bass. It is not as articulate as the 13w7 but it is definitely a man's speaker, especially in a sealed box.

What speaker are you looking to get?

Luxury Cars came up, nice Jag "funkdoktor" but thats the one on the Ford Taurus frame correct? Well at least it comes with a nice interior, and its affordable so people can say they drive a Jag

...Ford Contour....but more in the lines of the europeon Ford Mondeo chassis.....(contour & mondeo has front wheel drive.....x-type has 4 wheel drive....)...3.0 v-6 engine thats puts up 220+ horses.....and a revamped suspension to accommodate the new drivetrain.....its on a mondeo chassis...but suprisingly the mondeo has been getting rave reviews for its great drive...so its not a bad chassis for Jags entry level luxury saloon....and yes...its affordable...along the lines of the mercedes c-class....lexus is-300...bmw 3 series and so on.....oh yeah....the interior is top notch....besides the center dash (which is a little cheap looking...nice none the less)...its one of the nicest of the entry level bunch.....oh yeah...and its cool having something different....peace 0

.....haha...yeah....a lot of dumbas*es say that the x-type is crap cuz its on a ford platform....but its been revamped so much thats its actually almost like a whole new chassis....(i suspect they did this to lower costs of making the car)....but if they ever get behind the wheel of one....like the one i have with the 3.0 v-6...they won't be singing the same tune........(i've smoked c-class benzes and 3 series bimmers the same week i got it....)....im not saying its a super car...but at least one of the faster cars in its class....
