JL or Kicker?

I like the 300/4. It only shut off on me once. Not trying to scare you or anything, but the day it shut off on me, it was super hot outside, maybe around 95 or 100 degrees. I had the amp playing for a good 2 hours straight. Other then that I never had any problems with the 300/4. I haven't had any experience with the kicker amps.

Unless I'm mistaken, the ARC in thread sold a couple months ago. There are some good deals out there for sure..
