It would only be a good trade if you had planned on getting a different amp soon, and you were thinking of selling the one you have to help pay for it.

The resale value of JL amps is way higher than Autotek, so you would get more for the JL when you sold it.

Powerwise, your amp is better than the JL.

JL would have an advantage if you dont have subs yet because its pretty flexible with ohm loads...

It is a very good trade. Maybe less power, but way more resale value.

Trade, sale, and buy another more powerful amp.
