Also, I was also thinking since I have a crew cab truck, would it sound just as as good to get a little better set for the front and leave the rear set alone. I was thinking maybe a three way component set up front with the stocks out back? Or, is my original idea the better way to go.

I like the Focal Polyglass and K2 lines but my dealer also carries Hertz and Audison. Should I wait to listen to the MLK 165 or should I go ahead and get the Focal's. Are the Hertz worth waiting to listen too.

Also, the front soundstage in my truck includes some 3.5 inch speakers in the dash. Would leaving these speakers in place make everything else sound like crap or should I switch them out for some 4 inch coaxials (probably the 4 inch polyglass).

Yes listen to the Hertz. The HSK is one of my favorite speakers. The MLK are nice as well, though more money for a small step up imho.

Great response, realistic replication, smooth midrange.

Morel and Dynaudio both sells 2-way and 3-way comp sets, they're one of the best in the business.

I talked to my dealer again and he had a set of 165K2P that he said he could get for me at a price I couldn't pass up. So I told him to order them. NOw I need an amp to power them. Would a JL 300/2 be too much power or would that be a good amp for them. If their is another amp I should look at from the above listed companies, please list it.
