i bought this 13 w7 from craigslist in a sealed box, when i connected it to my amp i heard something hitting inside. when i opened it i found this:

can this be repaired the other voice coil works fine.

i tested it with a battery and a multi meter it read 1.5 i thought it wasnt wired correctly, but once i connected it to the amp and the bass hit i heard the slap.

just make some for it, find some old subs and make something up off of there old terminals
