I'm repairing the surround on a w3 and was wondering if this repair kit is what you guys would recommend and if anyone has any directions or tips.

I'm sure that's a good kit but, w3v2's aren't really worth a 30 dollar recone kit.

Its worth it for me because this sub is in a stealth box for a harley f-150 and I need this sub fixed in order to sale it. Im making money off of the deal just need the sub fixed. If you have a less expensive alternative or any tips to fix this punctured surround please post.

Got it done. Cost $23. Everything went perfect. No coil rub or anything. Looks 100% new. Waiting for the glue to cure to make sure it performs as it should.
