w7 isn't even sq. It's sql The W6 is the sq sub.

True. But for the aasking prices of w6s vs w7s that I've found, id rather go with the w7 for the headroom and SQ

I have been running them, they sound great! but I think I got something that was way too SQ oriented. I've been trying to find something a little more SQL oriented, like the SSA icon or something along the lines of that, maybe even an older DD woofer.

Yeah don't get me wrong they are great subs, They sound amazing, just not in my taste haha. Anything louder and that clean would be perfect for me.

Try a couple w6s or w7s. U can.find.good.deals.
