JL Audio JX400 vs MRV-F300

I planned to buy a 4 channel amp which is going to power 4 speakers of Focal RSE 165 & Focal RCX 165, so I am in a fix between JL Audio JX400/4D 154$ and Alpine MRV-F300 for 129$

Cons of MRV-F300 - Lesser RMS Power Output

Cons of JX 400 is THD at Rated RMS Power and Signal-to-Noise Ratio.

Which one would you suggest to buy between the two ??
