JL Audio JX360/2

I am thinking about using this amp for my mids/highs. It seems like a pretty solid amp for the price but I have one question. On the pics of the amp it does not have a fuse and I don't see anywhere to put one. It says in the specs it needs a 50 amp fuse ( maxi or agu ). Does this mean I have to buy a fuse and if so where does it go?

JL Audio JX360/2 (JX3602) 360W RMS, 2-Chan Class A/B JX Amplifier

Also is this a decent quality amp to run a component set?

For that price I would go with the precision power p600.2. JL's lower end line isn't really that impressive. The p600.2 is a really nice amp and gives you a ton of headroom

I'd run the older 300/4 and bridge it down to 150x2 imo. The older slash series are really nice amps despite their age. Solid 75x4 or 150x2 at 1.5-4 ohms.

Despite what they claim.. the slash series seem to squeeze more power out of lower ohms. Reviews of their 500/1 and 1000/1 sub amps put them well over claims.

Still they aren't the cheapest, or the newest.
