what do these do?

It's like a preformed fiberglass baffle for your box.

Just paint them to look how ever you want and then mount your subs to them.

Never thought of that...you can do a daily box and a burp box, and just transfer the baffle.

you can do that or I was thinking it would be cool for someone with a huge box to use the 8" one to mount 4 6" aeros to it.

That would be cool, but I think the 6" aero cutout is 8.25...the baffle's cutout is probably around 7", right?

Yea, it would take a little work but you could make it work though.
