JL Audio G1700 Set up

How should my JL audio G1700 be set up with 4 Rockford Fosgate 10's?

I want the lows more than I do that highs, cause right now the highs over power everything.

this isn't enough info....are the woofers svc or dvc, and what is the impedance on each??? also model number of the woofers would be nice.
