Id take the Memphis big belle over it. Although the JL is smaller, I have a thing for big amps. The JL will probable be twice the price of the memphis.

Looks nice, but I'd guess $800 retail at least. I love my JL equipment and they no doubt make quality stuff, but paying retail for anything JL is retarded.

My reasons are, that amp is going to be extremely expensive for what it is. I would rather run separate amps but that's just me. I would just buy a nice crossover and run something like my US Amps 442 and probably my USA-150 for a sub channel. There are many other options and amps that would be better than that JL for the money. The Sundown 100.4 is by far the best, newer, Class AB amp I've used. As far as five channels go, I think Memphis has done a good job with the big Belle.

**** near 600 for that amp. I could have a better setup for less than that. Used amps though.
