This is what I used when building the box. It's ever slightly larger to accomodate some bracing inside the box to make it a little stronger. The box does me no good without the speakers though I imagine it will lower the weight for shipping. How about $125+shipping without the box. Selling price is lower, shipping will be lower but still attractive to take the box for those interested in that route.

Box is approx. 10x10x32. Ground shipping likely will be something under $25 if I did everything right on UPS' website (I didn't test with your addy specifically). $150+actual shipping.
