I'm looking to run a set of ID CXS62's and 1 IDQ10v3 (possibly a 12, but looks like a 10 due to space constraints). I was planning on doing the 300/2 and 500/1, but I'm looking at $1100 worth of amps that way vs. $800 for the HD600. What would I be losing? 200 watts and a dedicated sub amp by bridging the rear channels of the HD600. Do you think it's worth the extra $300 and install time to run this IDQ off its own amp or would 300 watts be sufficient to run it alone?

I'm not a fan of Class-D for full-range signals, but Class-D technology is improving so I don't know how JL's new HD series sounds. In my opinion, if you want better sound then go with the 300/2 for the CXS comps and the 500/1 for the IDQ sub. The advantage of the HD would be less strain on the electrical system because of improved efficiency and the smaller size of the amplifier.
