JL 13W3V3 or Kicker CVX12 D4 or Rockford P3SD412 in a Sealed Enclosure??

I just got a Alpine CDA-9885 for my 06' Mustang GT

I am changing all my Factory Speakers to 6.5" Components & I am putting 1 12" Sub in the trunk.

Still a bit undecided on the Amp and Sub......I want to get a very good quality Sub and Amp Combo. Leaning towards the New JL Audio 13W3V3 w/JL AUDIO A1400 MONO BLOCK AMP. Im looking for excellent sound quality and no more excuses

Which wiring kit is the best out there? What Gauge wire should I be using and I would also like some Top notch RCA's

Any input would be greatly appreciated
