Jl 10w6v3 paired with mtx thunder 8302?

Not sure if this is the right place for this but,

I have the chance to buy this pair for $350 from a friend. The speaker is an a .66 cubic feet box. I have never herd of MTX and from a little research, from what I understand, this is an old amp. The setup was in an golf but will be going in my Mini Cooper. I have very little knoledge on speaker but want to learn more. I know the speaker MSRP is well over $350, however will this setup sound good and is the amp underpowered for the sub?

I've also read many good reviews about the sub, but I would like to know yalls expierence with the sub. Also I had a hard time getting info about the amp so any knoledge you guys have on it would be greatly appreciated

That amp is a 2ch 75watt x 2... deff gunna want a different amp then that.

Is the sub in a jl enclosure? Do you know the impedance of the sub?

the w6v3 is a VERY good sub, but thats not the right amp for it. id buy the sub, pass on the amp. find an amp that does 600 real watts at 2 ohms. the enclosure size is pretty good
