jl 1000/1 amp question

So i ran 0/1 gauge power wiring for best effiecent way of transporting power..will this size wire fit into a jl 1000/1 amp? im going to be getting this amp for my 13w7 becuase i need an amp that will push at 3 ohm stable. so my question is will 0/1 gauge power wiring fit into the power of the amp?

jlaudio.com will tell you that the terminals for power and ground only accept 4awg wire. Thats why I bought two distribution blocks. No I dont have a jl 1000/1, although I want one, I do have a 13w7 on an m1a and the m1a takes 4awg as well.

why buy a reducer? Just use some **** sissors to trim out some of the wire strands till it will fit...it's not rocket science
