First off there is no way you would shake house walls from 300 feet away, and no way in hell would you make her coffee spill... unless the noise scared her so she accidently spilt it. As far as the roof flexing the lonly vids I have seen is of SUV's. So of course the roof will flex like a mother... it's just some sheet metal with almost no bracing.
